Customer Solutions
These are real customers - with real problems - that needed real solutions.

Riviera Cinema
WHAT DID OUR CUSTOMER NEED?
- Produce identical templates for every seat in the cinema
Using ply, laminated in black, precision cutting was required for 2 separate pieces for all 37-seat tables.
HOW DID WE DO THIS?
We used a step-by-step process to design 1 set to duplicate on the router as follows:
- Complete a design for a single set
- Transfer to software, including numbering each set.
- Load precision tools to the router
- Load a full sheet of black laminated ply
- Cut, sand, polish and deliver.

Cap Ends
WHAT DID OUR CUSTOMER NEED?
- Produce identical cap ends with pre-drilled holes and rebates, made from aluminium and in large quantities.
Using a sheet of aluminium, we were able to programme 500 cap ends into our CAD (computer-aided design) software. We maximised our materials by nesting each end close together and minimising wastage.
HOW DID WE DO THIS?
Each piece had to be identical - including the 1,000 holes we drilled.
- Designed 1 piece in the CAD software
- Duplicated it and laid out each one to maximise material and minimise wastage.
- Load specific tools to the router
- Loaded aluminium materials into the router
- Cut preloaded cap ends
- Drill 2 holes into each piece (yep, that's 1000 precise holes drilled)
- Package and deliver.

Card Display Stand
WHAT DID OUR CUSTOMER NEED?
- To create a flexible display stand.
We used natural p[y to create identical stands which could be reassembled with ease.
HOW DID WE DO THIS?
Created a lightweight stand made to the specific size to fit the client's desired products.
- The customer provided a file, which we modified to suit the thickness of the material
- Duplicated the pieces into a sheet of MDF, ensuring minimal waste
- Loaded tools and materials in the router
- Lasered the customer's branding onto the relevant pieces.

Slab Surfacing and Engraving
WHAT DID OUR CUSTOMER NEED?
- Design and create a personaised sign as a gift.
Surface, engrave, and paint the customer-supplied timber.
HOW DID WE DO THIS?
Prepared the natural piece of timber, then designed and painted the sign.
- The router smooths the timber perfectly to expose the natural greain of the wood
- Sand the surface
- Design the wording into our CAD software
- Lay stencil film over the timber
- Our router engraves the wording
- Paint out the engraved lettering to have them really stand out
- Remove stencil film (applied to ensure paint doesn't leach into the timber).
