Using ply, laminated in black, precision cutting was required for 2 separate pieces for all 37-seat tables.

HOW DID WE DO THIS?

We used a step by step process to design 1 set to duplicate on the router as follows:

• Complete a design for a single set
• Transfer to software, including numbering each set.
• Load precision tools to the router
• Load a full sheet of black laminated ply
• Cut, sand, polish and deliver.
