ACM is often cut out on a CNC router and the versatility of this material is what makes it so popular. From outdoor signage and constructing walls to channel letter backing, the possibilities are endless. Compared to single-layer aluminum plate, ACM is lighter and more affordable while still offering durability and rigidity. We have used ACM to make our infamous egg holders as well as our own onsite signage.

Aluminium is a great product to use for anything outdoor as it doesn’t rust and is lightweight. our router cuts through alloy like butter, ensuring a nice clean finish. It can be used for many projects including boat hulls, outdoor brackets and signage, just to name a few. Our router is well equipped to cut aluminium sheets up to 6500mm long.

MDF is a great product for indoor use. It can be easily cut into any shape ready to ba assembled and painted. MDF comes in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 25mm thick.

Plywood is a composite material of wood fiber sheets bonded together by resin. This makes it a strong material for many projects. Some options for plywood are internal, external, structural and marine projects.

We cut all types of flat sheet plastics for all types of applications from signage to machine parts. Some plastics include Acrylic, PVC, HDPE and Acetal.

Engraving Timber and MDF really stands out and lasts a lifetime. It can be left plain or painted. We offer a stencil film which is applied before engraving. This can be painted over for ease of filling in the engraved peice and then pealed off to reveal the final result.

We carfully take each millimetre off to reveal the natural timber grain, leaving a nice flat surface ready for sanding.
